We mainly introduce container panels as a representative. Generally, the main material used for  dry containers ,is called weathering steel in China (Q345GNHL in GB/T 4171). It is also called CORTEN A or SPA-H in the industry (different national brands). As a new generation of advanced steel materials, the atmospheric corrosion resistance is 2 to 5 times that of ordinary carbon steel, and the longer the use time, the more outstanding the corrosion resistance. Due to its characteristics of rust resistance, coating-free, thinning and reducing consumption, labor saving and energy saving, it can be applied to steel structures used for long-term exposure to the atmosphere such as buildings, vehicles, bridges, towers, etc. It can also be used to manufacture containers and railways. Structural parts such as vehicles, oil derricks, seaport buildings, and oil platforms.

Many steel plates are rolled into rolls when they are shipped from the factory for convenience of storage and transportation. When the steel plates are used, the original rolled steel plates must be opened, and the steel plates are adjusted to a straight state by the steel plate unwinding equipment and the leveling equipment. In order to meet the production use, the process of unwinding and leveling is called flattening the steel plate, and then it is subjected to shot blasting (this is described in the surface treatment article we introduced earlier), and different profiles such as the roofing panel  and side plates are pressed through the press machine etc.
